The video showed Murray walking with teammates, with the words “Weird year” written on the screen. In the caption, he added, “Never again…”
The post drew immediate interest as fans questioned what Murray may be alluding to: team struggles, personal challenges or a desire for change. The message also appeared to highlight frustration with a season marked by inconsistency, injuries and turbulence.

Arizona has fallen to 3-9 and, despite several close games, was eliminated from playoff contention after a loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Nov. 30.
Murray, the No. 1 overall pick in 2019, has been the franchise’s centerpiece since arriving in the Valley. But in recent years, questions have grown about whether he should remain the team’s starting quarterback after multiple disappointing seasons.
Those discussions intensified this year, especially after Murray was replaced by Jacoby Brissett when he went down with an injury midway through the season.

Reaction to the TikTok was quick, with many commenters expressing support for Murray and hoping he stays with Arizona.
“Love you man, serious don’t go,” writes TikTok user theyluvcolton.
“I’m so sorry, K1,” writes TikTok user Jireh Jimenez. “Just know there’s a lot of us Cards fan[s] that still believe in you and cheer for you. Love you bro.”
“We got your back, K1, keep pushing forward,” writes AZsDesert.
Before being placed on injured reserve, Murray threw for 962 yards and six touchdowns with a 68.3% completion rate through five games.
