The Kansas City Chiefs have built a dynasty led by head coach Andy Reid.
Reid has been able to lead the Chiefs to three Super Bowl victories and five AFC titles with the help of quarterback Patrick Mahomes and tight end Travis Kelce.

While the Chiefs were entering the season looking to make their fourth straight Super Bowl appearance, Kansas City has struggled, going into Week 15 with a 6-7 record.
Some of the Chiefs’ issues have come from injuries, missing players like Jawaan Taylor, Isiah Pacheco and Trey Smith throughout the season, but their camaraderie hasn’t looked the same.
In the past several years, Mahomes has looked like a magician in the offense run by offensive coordinator Matt Nagy.

Nagy has helped lead the Chiefs to three Super Bowl titles while spending some time with the Chicago Bears in the middle of his time in Kansas City.
While Nagy and the Chiefs have struggled this season, a report reveals that the offensive coordinator may be headed out of Andy Reid’s coaching staff.
Nagy is considered a prominent name in the head coaching search for what could be vacant roles in 2026.
According to Dianna Russini, Nagy is expected to “garner interest” in the coaching cycle, along with several other high-profile names.

The loss of Matt Nagy would greatly hurt the Kansas City Chiefs’ offense.
Nagy has served as the offensive coordinator for much of Patrick Mahomes’s career. During his time with the Chiefs, Mahomes has been able to obtain three Super Bowl MVP awards, three MVP awards and six Pro Bowl honorees.
