The Arizona Cardinals announced some more practice squad moves on Wednesday to fill the unit. They lost another player to another team and signed two others.
A day after cornerback Chigozie Anusiem was signed by the Las Vegas Raiders to their active roster, the Cleveland Browns signed offensive lineman Jeremiah Byers from Arizona’s practice squad to their active roster. Byers is an undrafted rookie.
To fill the two vacancies, added two offensive linemen — Wyatt Bowles and Tyler Cooper.
Bowles is a 6-foot-5, 300-pound rookie guard who signed with the Los Angeles Rams after playing for U(6-5, 300) is a rookie who entered the league with the L.A. Rams as an undrafted free agent from Utah State and spent time on their practice squad. He played 52 games, starting 2 in his collegiate career, including starting all 12 games in 2024 at left guard.
Cooper is a 6-foot-5, 310-pound rookie guard who went undrafted out of Minnesota and signed with the Green Bay Packers. He spent time on the practice squad of the Washington Commanders. In college, he appeared in 28 games, starting 21, with the Golden Gophers and earned All-Big Ten Honorable Mention in 2024 after starting all 10 games at left guard.
