It’s really staggering to hear someone be that honest.
Joe is a very introspective person.
I think we can all agree on that.
He’s very thoughtful in how he approaches his life.
Caroline, but this to me just screamed of somebody whos obviously not necessarily Enjoying the process of where he is now with something he loves: football.
Just a few weeks ago, he said we get paid a lot to play a kids game.
You don’t see the joy of somebody who, that gets to play a kid’s game in that response.
Yeah, and I’ve seen a lot of response on social media.
Well, you get paid millions and millions of dollars, you don’t need to have fun.

I think that’s short-sighted to say that.
I think you have to look back at Joe Burrow’s career.
He has been so banged up, and they haven’t won many football games outside of here That ran in the Super Bowl just a couple of years ago.
I mean, Joe Burrow hadn’t had an MVP-caliber season last year.
And they missed out on the playoffs.
I don’t blame Joe Burrow for not having a whole A lot of fun right now.
He’s beaten up.
He continuously gets smacked in the mouth.
And there’s only so much one person can do, albeit in the most important sports position.
There’s clearly only so much Joe Burrow can do without much help around him, Whether support from their defense, support from the coaching staff, Support from the front office to put good enough talent around him so Joe Burrow Doesn’t have to throw for 4,500 yards and still miss out in the playoffs.

I don’t want to see good talent leave the National Football League because they get Failed by their organizations.
And right now, the Bengals are failing Joe Burrow.
For every fan who says he gets paid a king’s ransom, just be happy.
I will remind you: according to Google, he’s already made $177 million in his career.
When you’ve made $177 million in your career already, you don’t have to do anything you Don’t want to do it anymore.
That’s why I listened to what he said, and I listened to the tone, and I’ve been lucky enough Ive interviewed Joe a few times in my career.
But when you sit and look at his body language and just the way he presented it, That looked to me like somebody who just doesnt enjoy where this process is.

And to that point, if there’s a part of Joe Burrow that’s just not sure if he wants to do This anymore?
That’s an ultimate fail by the Bengals, and it’s an ultimate fail for the NFL.
The NFL is better with Joe Burrow in it.
And if this is any sort of sign, Indication that maybe Joes thinking he doesnt really need football anymore.
Not only would that be a shame for the Bengals but also where they have to look in the mirror Figure out how they wasted such an incredible talent, for all of us who just love watching Footballthat makes Sundays worse.
We all miss it, The fact that we didn’t get to see the rest of Andrew Luck’s career because he chose to walk Away.
I don’t want to see that fate for Joe Burrow.
