Coming off perhaps its best performance of the season, the Titans’ offensive line faces health questions going into Sunday’s contest at San Francisco.

Tennessee is listing three starters — left tackle Dan Moore, center Lloyd Cushenberry and right guard Kevin Zeitler — as questionable for the game, Titans interim coach Mike McCoy told reporters Friday.

Also listed as questionable are linebacker James Williams and defensive lineman CJ Ravenell, while cornerback Jalyn Armour-Davis has been ruled out and will miss his third straight game with an Achilles injury.

Cushenberry has missed the last two games with a foot injury, but has been ably replaced by Corey Levin. A six-year veteran, Levin has posted a 67.1 run-blocking grade and a 78.2 pass-blocking grade, allowing zero pressures or sacks over the last two contests, per Pro Football Focus.

Cushenberry practiced on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, though he was listed as limited the first two days.

Zeitler missed Wednesday and Friday’s practices, listed on the injury report Wednesday as a veteran rest day.

If Zeitler is unable to play, the Titans could turn to rookie Jackson Slater, the team’s fifth-round pick out of Sacramento State. The 6-3, 311-pound Slater has played 29 special teams snaps this season, but none on offense.

“He’s a younger player that’s made the most of playing through the preseason and all the reps he’s got,” McCoy said. “You go against [Jeffery Simmons] every day, you’re going to get better … It’s only going to help you develop.”

Another possibility would be 6-3, 303-pound rookie Drew Moss, who was claimed off waivers from San Francisco earlier this season. Moss played 19 special teams snaps for the 49ers this year, but zero snaps on offense.

If Moore is unable to play, he would likely be replaced by 6-6, 320-pound Oli Udoh, who has played in 13 games and started twice this season. In 248 offensive snaps, the seven-year veteran has allowed three sacks and 18 pressures, per PFF, earning a 47.0 pass-blocking grade.

In last week’s 31-29 win over Cleveland, the Titans’ offensive line held the Browns — and NFL sack leader Myles Garrett — to a single sack. The front five also helped pave the way for running back Tony Pollard to total a career-high 161 yards, scoring on touchdown runs of 65 and 32 yards.

The Titans will be seeking to win back-to-back games for the first time since Nov. of 2022, when they beat Denver and Green Bay in consecutive contests.
