The New Orleans Saints declared a pair of players out for Sunday’s division matchup against Carolina.
Once again, Alvin Kamara is sidelined as the veteran riunning back has been declared out for a third straight game.
Kamara (knee/ankle) and backup right tackle Asim Richards (ankle) are officially out while safety Justin Reid (knee) is questionable.
New Orleans received good news after starting right tackle Taliese Fuaga practiced in full Friday. Fuaga is in line to return to the lineup after missing last week at Tampa Bay.
Meanwhile, the Panthers, entering the matchup in first place in the NFC South, will have their entire active roster available for Sunday’s 3:25 p.m. tilt. The Saints upset Carolina in Charlotte in the first meeting this season between the teams, 17-7.
