The San Francisco 49ers were back in action on Sunday after a much-needed week off, and in their interconference battle against the Tennessee Titans at Levi’s Stadium, Kyle Shanahan’s squad walked out with a 37-24 victory.
San Francisco has won their last four games and now sit as the sixth seed in the NFC standings with a 10-4 record. They’re just one game behind the Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams in the division and conference, and with one of those teams guaranteed to lose this week, the 49ers could move up to second in the division and fifth in the conference.
In Week 16, the 49ers will take on the Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium, and San Francisco has opened as 5.5-point favorites in the matchup, according to BetMGM. The over/under for the contest is set at 46, and the 49ers are -275 ($275 bet wins $100) on the money line.
Indianapolis, after starting their 2025 campaign with an 8-2 record, have lost their last four games, including this past weekend to the Seattle Seahawks, who kicked six field goals. With Philip Rivers under center, the Colts are intriguing to watch, but not for the right reasons.
