The Carolina Panthers have been poached.

As announced on Tuesday afternoon, the Jacksonville Jaguars have signed running back DeeJay Dallas off of Carolina’s practice squad. The sixth-year veteran will now join Jacksonville’s active roster heading into Week 16.

Dallas, who spent four of his first five NFL seasons with the Seattle Seahawks, first joined the Panthers’ practice squad in late August. He was signed to their active roster on Oct. 1 and went on to appear in two games—the team’s Week 5 and 6 victories over the Miami Dolphins and Dallas Cowboys, respectively.

Carolina would release Dallas on Nov. 1, then add him back to the practice squad just three days later. He’d make his last appearance for the Panthers in their Week 12 loss to the San Francisco 49ers.

Over his three games in 2025, Dallas recorded one rushing attempt for zero yards and six kickoff returns for a combined 141 yards.
