The New York Giants (2-12) will host the Minnesota Vikings (6-8) at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, on Sunday afternoon in a Week 16 battle.
That, of course, provides those of us here at Giants Wire the opportunity to hypothetically steal from the Vikings’ roster in search of depth and/or talent upgrades for Big Blue.

The Vikings have a decent but unspectacular roster, with a few superstars littered throughout. The backend of their roster lacks adequate depth, similar to the Giants, and offers little in terms of potential upgrades. Any theft must come from the top.
With slim pickings, consideration was given to running back Jordan Mason, wide receiver Jordan Addison, center Ryan Kelly, defensive lineman Jalen Redmond, cornerback Isaiah Rodgers, linebacker Blake Cashman, and others.
But who are we kidding? Everyone knows who this theft is going to be.
While the Giants have a plethora of defensive issues, they also have one glaring offensive need: Another talented, game-changing wide receiver to pair with Malik Nabers and Wan’Dale Robinson in 2026. Enter Justin Jefferson.

The addition of Jefferson would arguably create the league’s best WR1-WR2 duo with Nabers. The aforementioned Robinson, Darius Slayton, and tight end Theo Johnson would only add to the impressively dynamic unit, leaving quarterback Jaxson Dart in a can’t-lose situation, especially when either Jefferson or Nabers would be left one-on-one.
Even amid a quarterback carousel in Minnesota, Jefferson has managed to haul in 66 receptions for 832 yards and two touchdowns this year, putting him on pace to surpass 1,000 yards for the sixth consecutive season.
What do you say, Giants fans? Would you steal Justin Jefferson from the Vikings, or would you go in an entirely different direction?
