The Jets locked up another pending free agent on Wednesday, agreeing to a two-year deal with tight end Jeremy Ruckert, a source confirmed.
The Jets are signing Ruckert to a two-year, $10 million deal.
This is the second extension that general manager Darren Mougey has handed out in recent weeks. The team signed center Josh Myers to a two-year extension last week .

Ruckert, a 2022 third-round pick, was scheduled to be a free agent in March.
He has been the team’s second tight end this season behind rookie Mason Taylor.
He has 20 catches for 163 yards and one touchdown this season. Ruckert is also the team’s best blocking tight end.
