Marvin Harrison Jr. returned to practice in a limited fashion this week after missing the past two games with a heel injury, as there were virtually no changes to the Cardinals’ injury report on Thursday.
Arizona already ruled out starting left tackle Paris Johnson Jr. and safety Jalen Thompson for their Week 16 game against the Atlanta Falcons.
Harrison, Johnson (knee) and Thompson (hamstring) missed last week’s game, a 40-20 loss to the Houston Texans.
Without Harrison, the Cardinals leaned heavily on tight end Trey McBride in the passing game, with Michael Wilson (five catches) and mid-year signing Jalen Brooks (one catch) making the only receptions from the team’s wide receiver group.
At left tackle, Josh Fryar and Demontrey Jacobs split snaps in place of Johnson.
The Cardinals got rookie safety Kitan Crawford and multiple cornerbacks more snaps with Thompson and fellow safety Dadrion Taylor-Demerson out against the Texans.
