Five players are inactive for the Jaguars in Week 16 against the Broncos. Here is a look at who is in and who is out.
The Jacksonville Jaguars are listing five players as inactive for Sunday’s Week 16 matchup with the Denver Broncos.
On game days, teams are permitted to have only 48 players active and available.
With the 53 players on the Jaguars‘ roster, and no practice squad elevations made this week, that means that five players had to be inactive for this week’s game.

Tuten (finger) and Striggow (ankle) were both ruled out on Friday due to injuries.
Without Tuten, LeQuint Allen will shoulder the RB2 snaps, while DeeJay Dallas will provide depth. Emmanuel Ogbah likely takes on a larger role at defensive end without Striggow.
Long and Johnny Mundt had been alternating weeks as the Jaguars’ third tight end, but this will be the second consecutive week that Long is a healthy scratch. Whether it’s matchup-based or level of play, the Jaguars prefer Mundt at this time.
Edoga and Smith will both be healthy scratches. Edoga’s role in recent weeks has been significantly reduced.
Matt Dickerson has emerged as the fourth member of the Jaguars’ defensive tackle rotation. The team also has Austin Johnson available, while DaVon Hamilton, Arik Armstead, and Dawuane Smoot lead the way at this position.
Smith has recorded only three quarterback pressures over the last four games, according to PFF, which includes 82 pass rush snaps.
