Just a few days ago, WWE star Nikki Bella shared some social media posts from the Philadelphia Eagles locker room, specifically in front of star defensive back Cooper DeJean’s locker. This led to rampant speculation that the two could be romantically linked. For what it’s worth, she denied as much, in a more general way, in a recent podcast, saying she hasn’t been intimately touched or “even thought about kissing” in a long time.
The timing of this is hilarious because DeJean intercepted a pass in the Eagles big win over the Washington Commanders this weekend, a victory that made Philadelphia champions of the NFC East for the second year in a row. He celebrated that turnover by doing this:
“The celebration, just a tribute to John Cena, a guy I watched growing up. Big WWE guy when I was a kid. So, yeah, we had that one planned for a while we just… I just didn’t get the pick and Q didn’t either so… Now we did, so we pulled it out.”
Timing is everything, huh?
