The Bills are also launching the Game Changer Scholarship program, a Career and Technical Education scholarship program for Buffalo Public School students. This will provide ten $1,000 scholarships each year.

“Our students are often overlooked or underrepresented in specific industries because of some of the challenges or struggles that they were born into,” said Robert Harris, the Director of Career & Technical Education for the Buffalo City School District.

“For some students, these scholarships will take away the barriers and obstacles. This scholarship could mean having the funds to purchase a computer, acquire industry-specific tools, or cover other essential expenses that open doors to their future in tech and trades.”

The scholarship application is open to apply for until April 15, 2026.

The NFL’s Inspire Change initiative is aimed at reducing barriers to opportunity, particularly in communities of color, and showcasing how the NFL family is working together to create positive change.

“The Bills’ involvement has been truly transformative. For many students, the scholarship isn’t even on their radar yet—but what they do know is that athletes they admire came to their school, in their own neighborhood, to share their experiences and the importance of Career Education. Hearing that message from a Buffalo Bill, rather than just from a teacher, changes everything,” Harris said.
