The Tennessee Titans are two weeks away from ending another forgettable season, and general manager Mike Borgonzi will be challenged in navigating a critical offseason.

Not only will he be tasked with finding the next head coach, but he will also have to add talent to a roster that will finish the season with more questions than answers. The Titans are poised to have a Top 10 pick in the 2026 NFL draft, and in a perfect world, they would be in a position to trade down and accumulate additional draft capital. But with the team coming to life in recent weeks, that may not be the case.

Borgonzi did a great job in his first draft, and he will have to follow that draft haul with another solid class to help retool Tennessee’s weak roster.

With Bowl season now upon us, Titans scouts are in the final stretch and have limited time to evaluate the best players for each team. They will likely continue those evaluations in the lone Christmas Eve bowl game.

Here is a quick breakdown of the players the Titans should have their eyes on today.

Prospect Spotlight: Cal CB Hezekiah Masses

The Titans will likely address their secondary this offseason and have more questions than answers at cornerback. Veteran L’Jarius Sneed has been a complete bust with the Titans and may have played his last snaps with the team, and two of their remaining starting cornerbacks enter the offseason as free agents.

This may lead Tennessee to have an eye on another Cal cornerback after seeing rookie Marcus Harris work his way into a starting role in 2025. An experienced cornerback, he has demonstrated solid athleticism and coverage skills over his career and was named First Team All-ACC in his first season at Cal after transferring in from Florida International.

At 6-foot-1, 185 pounds, Masses has the ball skills to make plays, but he must fill out his frame and become more physical on the outside. He has the skills to succeed in the NFL and has the look of a mid-to-late round prospect in the 2026 NFL draft.
