Deshaun Watson's Browns contract for 2026 is scarier than NFL fans even thought

Deshaun Watson’s contract isn’t getting better.

The Cleveland Browns may still have to figure out a way to get out of the deal, but right now, his 2026 impact is worse than you’d even expect.

His cap hit is slated to be more than $80 million.

Man, Kirk Cousins and Tua Tagovailoa don’t look great on that list, either.

But clearly, Watson is the worst.

He wasn’t the same QB after arriving in Cleveland after missing a lot of time in Houston. Then his suspension was handed down, too.

Watson struggled upon returning, and then he tore his Achilles.

The Browns are in a nightmare spot with this one. There’s no other way to look at it.
