The Seattle Seahawks will be without Coby Bryant and Charles Cross in Week 17, head coach Mike Macdonald said Friday.
Macdonald also mentioned that Ty Okada and Josh Jones will start in their places at safety and left tackle. Cross injured his hamstring in Week 15 against the Indianapolis Colts on the game-winning field goal. Jones started in his place last week and did as well as one could’ve hoped. Bryant suffered a knee injury at the goal line in Week 16 against the Los Angeles Rams and didn’t return. Okada has filled in well for Julian Love and Nick Emmanwori at points this season.

Everyone else will be available for Sunday’s penultimate regular season tilt visiting the Carolina Panthers. The long week has provided the Seahawks with ideal rest and recovery to finish out the regular season strong. They sit atop the entire NFC and control their own destiny the rest of the way. With wins in the final two games, they ensure themselves the conference’s lone first-round bye and home field advantage throughout the playoffs.
