Week 16 of the NFL season is in the books and what a week it was. There was plenty of drama across the slate, including a pretty significant win for the Jaguars over the Broncos to shake things up in the AFC playoff picture. While I was unable to cash in on my Week 16 mega parlay, I did cash back in Week 1 at +2512 odds! I have come within 1 or 2 legs of cashing these massive parlays with recent efforts, so let’s make it a second winner!

With the Week 17 Sunday slate on the horizon, let’s get right into my NFL Week 17 mega parlay that pays out at over 16/1 odds at DraftKings Sportsbook.

Bills ML (-120)
Browns ML (+150)
Seahawks -7 (-110)
Jaguars -5.5 (-115)
Patriots ML (-1050)
NFL Week 17 parlay odds: +1633

Buffalo Bills ML over Philadelphia Eagles (-120)

This is one of the most consequential games on the Week 17 slate and Buffalo is my preferred side on Sunday. Over the past 5 seasons, Buffalo has been dominant in December in the peak Josh Allen era, and the Bills seemed to have righted the ship following a midseason swoon in early November. Allen did suffer a mild foot injury in a win over Cleveland a week ago, but the reigning MVP should be good to go this week in a matchup where he should push an Eagles defense that has not been challenged since a loss to the Bears on November 28, a game in which Philadelphia’s front seven got absolutely gashed on the ground. It just so happens that Buffalo has the top rushing offense in football, and the Bills should be able to dictate the game on their own terms on Sunday.

Cleveland Browns ML over Pittsburgh Steelers (+150)

Cleveland has shown flashes since the insertion of Shedeur Sanders at quarterback, and despite the fact that the rookie played a very poor game a week ago, the Browns still covered the spread against the Bills as home underdogs with relative ease. Not only is Buffalo a much better offense than what Cleveland will see against Pittsburgh this week, but this is not a good situational spot for a Steelers team that is coming off a trio of massive victories over the Lions, Dolphins and Ravens in recent weeks. Add in the fact that we should see significant sustained winds in Cleveland, and all signs are pointing to the Browns being extremely live to spring the upset on Sunday.

Seattle Seahawks -7 over Carolina Panthers (-110)

The Panthers are coming off a massive victory over the Buccaneers a week ago, but Carolina is in for a much tougher matchup this week against a Seahawks team that is in prime position to hold the #1 seed in the NFC heading into the postseason. Carolina has done a nice job of taking care of its business against teams with losing records, but this is still a fairly young team that is just 2-4 when facing clubs owning winning records. Panthers QB Bryce Young has not topped the 206-yard mark through the air since Week 11, and the Seahawks have allowed more than 203 passing yards just twice in 7 road games this season. With that in mind, let’s lay the points with Seattle in this one.

Jacksonville Jaguars -5.5 over Indianapolis Colts (-115)

For our next leg, we’ll target the Jaguars to knock off the Colts by at least six points on Sunday. Jacksonville is playing as well as any team in the AFC at the moment, and that momentum should continue this week against a Colts team that is in free-fall at the moment. Trevor Lawrence struggled in the first half of the campaign, but the Clemson product is in the midst of a heater in recent weeks, including a tremendous showing against an excellent Denver Broncos defense on the road last week. Lawrence has thrown for 15 touchdowns over the past five weeks, and given the recent struggles of the Colts’ defense against the pass, it’s hard to see Jacksonville not putting up points and making it difficult for Philip Rivers and the Indianapolis offense to keep up.

New England Patriots ML over New York Jets (-1050)

To close out our mega parlay, let’s take the New England Patriots on the money line to serve as an anchor leg. New England’s flaws were certainly exposed in a loss to the Bills a week ago, but most of the Patriots’ strengths showed themselves in last week’s comeback win over the Ravens on the road. The New England offense continues to be very productive, as the Patriots racked up had no trouble moving the ball against Baltimore in what was a massive test for Drake Maye and this relatively inexperienced group. Winning in Baltimore was a tough task, and the opponent gets a lot easier this week, as the Jets are among the worst teams in football. Let’s back New England to keep things rolling on Sunday.Â
