Davante Adams is doubtful and two others have already been ruled out for LA
The Los Angeles Rams put a bow on their week of practice Saturday with one final session before heading to Atlanta to take on the Falcons this Monday night. They had ample time to prepare for the Falcons after playing on Thursday night in Week 16, so they should be more than ready for their opponent this week.
Injuries remain a concern for Los Angeles, though. Davante Adams missed last week’s game with a hamstring injury and is trying to work his way back into action, but it’ll likely be at least another week for him. He’s listed as doubtful to play Monday. Kevin Dotson suffered an ankle injury in the loss to Seattle last week and has been ruled out for Week 17.
Alaric Jackson and Braden Fiske also missed practice time this week and are questionable against the Falcons. And finally, defensive back Josh Wallace, who has been filling in for Quentin Lake, has been ruled out.
Sean McVay said Roger McCreary will be activated off IR and could be an option in the slot with Wallace out, as could Derion Kendrick.
On the Falcons’ side, Drake London is questionable to play on Monday night but Raheem Morris said Saturday that he feels “great” about him playing. Cornerbacks Mike Hughes and Clark Phillips III have been ruled out, as has Sam Roberts.
The Rams are favored over the Falcons on the road but with their abundance of injury questions, Los Angeles can’t afford to take Atlanta lightly.
