The Arizona Cardinals announced they have signed wide receiver Tejhaun Palmer to the active roster one day before their 2025 season finale versus the Los Angeles Rams.

With Marvin Harrison Jr. out and on injured reserve due to a nagging heel injury, the receiver room had a hole to fill, as Michael Wilson should once again get the most attention from quarterback Jacoby Brissett.

Palmer, a 2024 sixth-round pick by Arizona, hasn’t logged any NFL action and signed a future contract with the franchise last January. The UAB product has been a member of the practice squad since signing on Aug. 27.

The 6-foot-1 receiver appeared in all six possible preseason games for the Cardinals the past two instances, accounting for seven receptions (22 targets) and 69 yards.

Palmer will be wearing No. 83 on his jersey for Sunday afternoon in L.A.

In other moves, Arizona elevated cornerback Jaden Davis and wide receiver Steven Sims from the practice squad to the active roster.

Davis made his pro debut in Week 16 against the Atlanta Falcons, logging two tackles (one solo). The 24-year-old played his college ball at Miami and was a seventh-round pick in 2024 by the Cardinals.

Sims is a seventh-year player who was previously active for the Falcons game and against the Cincinnati Bengals last week. He saw one target versus Atlanta.

Davis will don No. 26 and Sims No. 80 on Arizona’s icy white uniforms.

Cardinals-Rams kicks off at 2:25 p.m. on Sunday and can be listened to on 98.7 and the Arizona Sports app. Watch the game on FOX.
