The Dallas Cowboys are one step closer to their season finale against the New York Giants.
Dallas officially announced a series of roster moves Saturday for its Week 18 game in East Rutherford, N.J. Offensive guard T.J. Bass was placed on injured reserve, along with running backs Javonte Williams and Malik Davis.
Meanwhile, running back Phil Mafah and cornerback Josh Butler were activated from the injured reserve/designated for return list.
The Cowboys had already declared that Williams (shoulder), Davis (eye) and Bass (knee) were out for Week 18 due to injury. With Williams and Davis out, Jaydon Blue and Mafah could handle most of the carries in the backfield.
