Pitcher has been with the Bengals since 2016, when he was hired as an offensive assistant. He was promoted to offensive coordinator in 2024 after Brian Callahan left to become the head coach of the Tennessee Titans.
Pitcher was a scout for the Indianapolis Colts for four seasons before joining the Cincinnati coaching staff where he worked under Browns’ general manager Andrew Berry.
This season, the Bengals’ offense ranked 17th in the NFL with an average of 329.2 yards per game but was the sixth-best passing team, led by quarterback Joe Burrow with 235.6 yards per game.
