The Denver Broncos (14-3) now know their opponent for the divisional round of the NFL playoffs.
After the Buffalo Bills beat the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Los Angeles Chargers lost to the New England Patriots on Sunday, the Broncos will now host the Bills in the divisional round on Saturday, Jan. 17. The league will announce the game’s time and television network on Monday evening.
The game will mark a playoff rematch after Buffalo knocked Denver out of the 2024 playoffs with a 31-7 home victory last season. The Broncos will be at home this time, but the Bills have a quarterback edge with Josh Allen, who has eight postseason wins on his resume compared to Bo Nix’s 0-1 record. Buffalo leads the all-time series against Denver 24-17-1.
If the Broncos beat the Bills, Denver will host the AFC’s conference title game on Sunday, Jan. 25. If they win that matchup, the Broncos would advance to Super Bowl LX (Feb. 8).
