Tom Brady will try to get it right a year after getting it very, very wrong.
When the team fired Pete Carroll as head coach, the Las Vegas Raiders made it clear general manager, John Spytek, and team part owner Tom Brady will lead the hiring process.

Brady, of course, was heavily involved in hiring Carroll last year. Brady and the Raiders turned to Carroll after potential pursuits of Ben J0hnson and Mike Vrabel didn’t pan put.
We asked our readers if they are confident Brady can get it right this time around.
For the most part, the answer was no. Nearly 65 percent of our poll takers expressed they aren’t confident this time. Honestly, I can’t blame them.

I’d have more confidence in Brady as the starting QB next year than I do of him getting this right. But I’m hopeful still.

If Flores and Daboll are “the guys”, then very little confidence that this team’s stability improves. They will be gone in 1.5-2 years. Trigger happy, loose cannons, not leaders of men.

And again, fans will get burned.

I believe Brady sees what occurred this year in New England and thinks he can do the same with the Raiders.
