In an NFL coaching cycle full of surprises, Mike Borgonzi and the Tennessee Titans continued their coaching search by conducting multiple interviews on Tuesday with Green Bay Packers defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley and Los Angeles Chargers defensive coordinator Jesse Minter.
While that should have been exciting news for two strong candidates, most of social media remained focused on former Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh, and once again, NFL Insider Dianna Russini placed the Titans solidly in the mix to land the veteran coach in 2026.
Russini placed the Titans, New York Giants, and Atlanta Falcons as the favorites to land the sought-after coach. The report comes on the heels of the Falcons announcing they had completed an interview with Harbaugh on Tuesday. At this point, no official interview between the Titans and Harbaugh has been announced, but that could change in the coming days.

At this point, Tennessee has completed or scheduled 18 interviews in this coaching search, with a solid mix of candidates, and should be in a strong position to land a difference-maker.
