The NFL Wildcard round has concluded and multiple former Clemson Tigers have made themselves known on the gridiron.
Lawrence had low expectations starting the season but eventually cemented the Jacksonville Jaguars as the number 3 seed in the NFL playoffs.
Tough competition loomed however in the wildcard round as he was faced with the task of duking it out against one of the best quarterbacks in all of the NFL and arguably the best left in the playoffs, Josh Allen.
His performance in the 27-24 loss showed flashes of a regular season that consisted of Lawrence throwing for 4007 yards and 29 touchdowns while using his legs for 359 yards and 9 touchdowns leading Jacksonville to the AFC South title, and him the single-season touchdown holder in franchise history (38).
In the loss, Trevor Lawrence went 18 of 30 passing for 207 yards, three touchdowns, two interceptions and one touchdown.

“You put in so much work and all of a sudden it’s over.” Lawrence said.
