Mike Borgonzi and the Tennessee Titans front office have three more interviews lined up for the weekend with Mike McCarthy, Jonathan Gannon, and Robert Saleh, and could turn the page toward a second round of interviews as early as Monday.

That timeframe has gained traction throughout the day on Friday, with NFL Insider Diana Russini being the latest to mention it on social media.

While no second-round list has been released, there have been multiple names mentioned as strong candidates, including Matt Nagy, Lou Anarumo, and Mike McDaniel, but there are two initial candidates who likely will not make the cut: Kliff Kingsbury and Chris Shula.

The Titans have requested interviews with both coordinators, but neither has been reported to have talked to the organization. While the specifics on Kingsbury are a bit cloudy, it is known that Shula met with the Baltimore Ravens, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Miami Dolphins on Thursday, the day that the Los Angeles Rams allowed their coaches to meet with outside organizations.

If nothing changes and Tennessee moves to a second round of interviews, the front office would have had preliminary talks with 16 candidates, with nearly half of those in-person.
