While the big news at Tennessee Titans headquarters is the in-person interview with former Dallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy that is taking place at the facility on Saturday, at least one of the second-round interviews has come into focus.

Diana Russini reports that former Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski will have a second interview with the Titans on Sunday, roughly one week after meeting with the organization for an initial in-person visit. Stefanski is also scheduled to meet with the Atlanta Falcons for a second time for their head coach position.

It did come as somewhat of a surprise that the two-time NFL Coach of the Year was let go at the end of the season. Yes, Stefanski and the Browns have struggled since the disastrous trade for quarterback Deshaun Watson, and his career record with the Browns (45-56) over six seasons dropped below .500. But when given a quality quarterback, he guided the Browns to two playoff appearances.

This is the first known second interview to take place in Nashville, with the team expected to wrap up their first round of interviews by hosting Jonathan Gannon and having a virtual meeting with Robert Saleh scheduled for Sunday.
