Mike Borgonzi and the Tennessee Titans‘ front office are expected to wrap up their first round of interviews on Sunday, and have two candidates in their sights: Jonathan Gannon and Robert Saleh.

Gannon was one of the last names added to the Titans’ schedule and will have an in-person meeting with the organization. The former head coach of the Arizona Cardinals has been mentioned in connection with multiple open defensive coordinator positions after he was let go following a disastrous 2025 campaign and a career 15-26 record, with zero playoff appearances.

Saleh has often been mentioned on social media in connection with the Titans since Brian Callahan was fired in October. The veteran defensive coordinator did not have great success with the New York Jets, but his 21 years of NFL coaching experience could be attractive to Borgonzi and the organization.

With the 49ers falling to the Seattle Seahawks, Saleh’s season is officially over, but he could come to Nashville for a follow-up if he impresses during his virtual interview.
