It looks like Tommy Rees is going to be joining Stefanski again as the OC.
Uh, which, hey, dude, I think Tommy Rees has kind of earned some chops this year.
Um, yeah.
He took over play-calling ’cause, you know, Kevin did the thing in a second year in a row.
Ah, you know, the season’s done.
Tommy, take us home.
And he did a pretty good job.
Like, when Shedeur Sanders was starting, For the first six weeks he was starting, they averaged over one EPA.
Screen pass.
Like, that’sI know, it was insane.
Insane, just absurd.
And they, they had moments where they were, You know, able to call an offense, and then you get to the point in the game where you Big boy drop back, and you can’t quite do it ’cause your QB’s not good.

So, like, this, I mean, yeah…
This is a two-time Coach of the Year.
And I think when you look at Jacoby Brissett starting in Arizona, Joe Flacco still beating the NFL, like, that doesn’t happen without their runs.
With Stefanski.
I’m really excited.
Um, if you follow me on Bluesky, I had some concerns about Matt Ryan just taking job, considering his complete lack of experience, but it seems he was the driver.
Behind getting this.
So, GOAT, President of Football, Falcons History, call it right now.
Matt Ryan, a good first hire.
And, uh, we’ll see, you know, what the rest of this looks like.
It seems like he’s got a lot of control over what’s going on in Atlanta right now.

But I’m happy.
That was my number one choice.
I thought he was the best candidate on the market, flat out.
So, our guy.
Now, pick Kyle Pitts.
Pay him now!
I might, well, yeah, get some of those, Harold Fann touches.
I’m, uh, I straddle the line between the QB Club.
Which is a thing, and then the O-Line club, which is a thing.
And it’s like…
But it’s nice sometimes when you have a guy that’s so well-liked, like Matt Ryan.
So, like, All these coaches and stuff, probably it’s like, “Oh yeah, Let’s go, Matt!”
Like, I don’t know, puts him at ease.
It is, it is an advantage.
It really is, and Matt’s very well-liked.

There are some quarterbacks that aren’t, but they’rethat’s.
Uh, because they’re such psychotic competitors, but Matt is well-liked.
So that definitely did help with this.
Matt, Bijan Robinson, With a guy that loves to pound the rock, that’s pretty exciting.
Drake London: Ugh…
Thoughts on the Stefanski hire?
That you like, Albert coming on, Callahan, any thoughts with this hire?
Yeah, I’m with Charles.
Let’s keep Kyle Pitts around and get him.
Some of those, uh, Harold Fann looks here.
Uh, get, Like a true inline tight end.
I mean, David Njoku, Is he a free agent this year?
He, maybe he could come.
He’s a free agent this year… To Atlanta and kind of just hang out.

Inline tight end guy, while Pitts does the move-around stuff.
Good point, yeah.
But, um, I am at least interested to see how Drake London gets deployed in this offense ’cause it is more traditionally just a 12 personnel unit, and I really like a lot of what they’ve done with London from slot.
But yeah, I mean, Bijan Robinson, 2K season loading under Kevin Stefanski.
I’m, I’m into it.
