The Baltimore Ravens are searching for a new head coach, and the organization has already cast a wide net for the next leader of this gold standard franchise. John Harbaugh was fired, and he’ll now lead the New York Giants into the future.
The Ravens have interviewed 14 candidates for the head coaching job after Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator Joe Brady interviewed with the team on Sunday. Brady understands that a talented running back is the offense’s best friend.
Josh Allen was again an MVP candidate, while James Cook won his first rushing title this season, and the Bills led the NFL in rushing yards.
Brady is used to coaching high-profile quarterbacks, such as Joe Burrow and Josh Allen. This year, Buffalo’s offense is third in offensive EPA (94.6), fifth in scoring (27.3 points per game), and fourth in yards per play (6.1). In his three seasons as the Bills’ full-time offensive coordinator, the unit has never ranked outside the top 10 in total offense (including No. 4 in both 2023 and 2025) and has been No. 6 or better in scoring.
