The coaching carousel continues to take shape, as Pittsburgh Steelers offensive coordinator Arthur Smith has completed an interview with the Los Angeles Chargers.
In an attempt to fill their offensive coordinator vacancy, the Chargers completed an interview with Smith, who may be on his way out of Pittsburgh following Mike Tomlin’s decision to step down as head coach of the Steelers.
Under Smith as offensive coordinator, the Steelers ranked No. 15 in points scored, No. 22 in passing yards, No. 26 in rushing yards, and No. 25 in total yards in 2025.
His interview with the Chargers is promising, as Smith was recently passed up for arguably the top offensive coordinator spot available and could look to pull the trigger on his next NFL team sooner rather than later.
