The Baltimore Ravens are searching for a new head coach, and the organization has already cast a wide net for the next leader of this gold-standard franchise, with two candidates now finalists.

The Ravens have interviewed 17 candidates for the head coaching job, and Joe Brady will join Anthony Weaver as candidates who’ll get a second interview. Brady understands that a talented running back is the offense’s best friend.

Josh Allen was again an MVP candidate, while James Cook won his first rushing title this season, and the Bills led the NFL in rushing yards.

Brady is used to coaching high-profile quarterbacks, such as Joe Burrow and Josh Allen. This season, Buffalo’s offense was third in offensive EPA (94.6), fifth in scoring (27.3 points per game), and fourth in yards per play (6.1). In his three seasons as the Bills’ full-time offensive coordinator, the unit has never ranked outside the top 10 in total offense (including No. 4 in both 2023 and 2025) and has been No. 6 or better in scoring.
