The AFC North is going to look a lot different next season from top to bottom. The Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers will take the field with new head coaches. The Indiana Hoosiers will spend next season as the defending College Football Playoff Champions.
This is why we watch. The unpredictable nature of competitive sports. That, and the chance to see Marshal Yanda take his rightful place among the NFL’s immortals.

The best cases are argued by the best attorneys, and if any of us needed one, we doubt we’d find three better than Ozzie Newsome, Jonathan Ogden, and Ray Lewis. We couldn’t care less about either of them lacking a law degree.
The Ravens‘ social media team ranks among the best in the NFL. Their recent drop, Marshal Yanda: A HOFer in every sense of the word, features three voices we recognize, all of whom believe enshrining one of the best Ravens of all time in Canton is certainly a no-brainer.
They’re all right. It’s time to give this man his due. He deserves to have his bust carved.

Yanda played 13 NFL seasons. Every single one of them was spent in Baltimore. He’s an eight-time Pro Bowler, a two-time First-Team All-Pro, a five-time Second-Team All-Pro, and a member of the NFL’s 2010s All-Decade Team.
He’s a former PFWA All-Rookie Team Member, a member of the Ravens Ring of Honor, and a Super Bowl Champion. As Ray Lewis said, “I know what it takes to be a Hall of Famer.” That’s good enough for us. If he says it, who are the rest of us to argue?
