Schultz’s notes on Schwartz’s role moving forward have been discussed around the team’s head coaching search from the beginning. The veteran is under contract for next season as Cleveland’s defensive coordinator, but could he make things difficult for a new head coach, especially if it is one of the younger candidates?
Browns fans have at least until early next week, if not longer, before we find out the outcome of the search.
