Now that the Tennessee Titans have landed Robert Saleh as their next head coach, the front office will be tasked with adding talent to the roster, and they could look to some of his former players who are likely to hit the free-agent market in March.

Tennessee has significant needs at cornerback, edge, and wide receiver, but it also needs to find quality depth and rotational pieces to fortify its roster.

Here are seven players who have crossed paths with Saleh and could find their way to Nashville this offseason.

WR Jauan Jennings,  San Francisco 49ers

Tennessee has a solid young core in Elic Ayomanor and Chimere Dike, but needs a solid veteran addition to help take the pressure off of them. With questions about Calvin Ridley’s future in Nashville yet to be answered, looking at available wide receivers is a must. In a year without many proven veterans set to hit the market, Jennings would appear to be a solid fit. Plus, coming off a career season, he may prove to be too expensive for the 49ers to keep.

The Titans’ offensive line improved as the season went on, but it still has some questions to answer. Veteran Kevin Zeitler is a free agent, and while rookie Jackson Slater looked promising, he is inexperienced. Vera-Tucker was Saleh’s first pick in New York and is set to hit free agency for the first time. The veteran guard was ascending before missing the season with an injury, and while that clouds his situation, a change of scenery could be what he needs to take the next step in his career.

EDGE Clelin Ferrell, San Francisco 49ers

Yes, Ferrell was a massive bust with the Las Vegas Raiders, but the veteran edge resuscitated his career under Saleh’s tutelage with the 49ers and developed into a quality rotational piece for their battered defense. While he likely won’t be an every-down impact player, he understands the system and could be a solid depth piece.

DT Kevin Givens, San Francisco 49ers

Givens is an interesting player who could come in and give the Titans a quality player behind T’Vondre Sweat in the middle of the defense. A stout nose tackle, he is familiar with the system and has seen his best days under Saleh, and could be an under-the-radar addition.

DE John Franklin-Myers, Denver Broncos

The Titans have a couple of pieces in Jeffery Simmons and T’Vondre Sweat, who should excel under Saleh, but they also have some questions. Sebastian Joseph-Day and James Lynch are both free agents, and Tennessee must find a way to round out its front. Joseph-Day was solid in 2025 and could easily return, but they still need more. Saleh is familiar with Franklin-Myers from his time in New York and could be a quality addition who understands the culture and the system.

RB Breece Hall, New York Jets

As we enter the offseason, figuring out what the Titans will do with their rushing attack is difficult. While the unit struggled as a whole in 2025, both Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears improved as the season wore on and were significant parts of the late-season success. While both players are expected back, the Titans could add an explosive back to the mix in 2026. Hall played for Saleh in New York and is one of the top free agents at his position.

LB Curtis Robinson, San Francisco 49ers

Tennessee appears to be set with Cody Barton, Cedric Gray, and James Williams at linebacker, but could always use some quality depth. Robinson is just that. After taking advantage of his opportunities under Saleh, he could definitely follow him to Nashville and help the Titans transition to a new scheme.Â
