Each month, MSHSAA and KSHSAA officiating crews received nominations for five positions including referee, umpire, head linesperson, line judge, and back judge. At the conclusion of the season, each club’s nominees were submitted to the NFHS and NFL to determine a National High School Officiating Crew of the Year chosen from the 18 total clubs who participated. The 2025 National High School Officiating Crew of the Year was announced on Jan. 21.
