A statement released by the school on Friday revealed that Texas Longhorns rising redshirt junior quarterback Arch Manning is one of six players who have undergone offseason surgery. All are expected to be fully healthy by the start of the 2026 season, according to the statement.

Manning will be limited during winter conditioning, but is expected back for spring practice after undergoing what the school called a minor foot procedure to address a previous injury.

Other players who underwent surgery are wide receiver Ryan Wingo (wrist), wide receiver Emmett Mosley (ankle), left tackle Trevor Goosby (shoulder), linebacker Ty’Anthony Smith (shoulder), and safety Xavier Filsaime (shoulder).
