SEATTLE — The Seattle Seahawks (14-3) will host the Los Angeles Rams (12-5) in the NFC Championship Game on Sunday, Jan. 25, 2026, with a trip to Super Bowl LX on the line at Lumen Field.

Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. PT as the two NFC West rivals meet for the third time this season, having split their regular-season matchups.

The winner will represent the NFC against the AFC champion on Feb. 8 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.

Seattle, the NFC’s top seed, reached the title game with a dominant win (41-6) over the San Francisco 49ers in the divisional round. Los Angeles advanced with a close overtime victory (20-17) against the Chicago Bears.

Quarterback Sam Darnold appears ready to play for Seattle despite an oblique issue, and the Seahawks have expanded their backfield depth, adding George Holani to the active roster with Zach Charbonnet out for the year.
