While the Tennessee Titans wait to hear from Brian Daboll regarding their open offensive coordinator position, Robert Saleh is moving forward by interviewing multiple candidates for the job on Monday.

According to multiple social media posts, Tennessee has scheduled interviews on Monday with Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterbacks coach Thad Lewis, former Washington Commanders offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury, and Green Bay Packers offensive coordinator Adam Stenavich for their open offensive coordinator position.

Here is a quick breakdown of each candidate.

Adam Stanevich – Green Bay Packers offensive coordinator

Stenavich is a rising star in the coaching ranks, was prominently mentioned throughout the season as a potential head coaching candidate, and could be looking to move on to the Packers to gain play-calling experience. A former NFL offensive tackle, he has been coaching since 2011 and has spent the past nine seasons in the NFL, working his way from assistant offensive line coach with the San Francisco 49ers to offensive coordinator with the Packers.

Kingsbury is an intriguing candidate whom the Titans requested to speak with during their head coaching search and could bring a similar system to what Cam Ward experienced in college. A former head coach with the Arizona Cardinals, he appears to be a better fit as an offensive coordinator. He did have success with the Commanders and Jayden Daniels in 2024, but the team struggled with injuries in 2025 and took a step back.

Thad Lewis – former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterbacks coach

Lewis is a new name to the coordinator list and is likely the most inexperienced of the candidates. A former journeyman NFL quarterback, Lewis went from an undrafted rookie free agent to an eight-year NFL career with eight different NFL franchises. Lewis left the NFL and joined UCLA as an offensive analyst in 2018 before returning to the NFL with Tampa Bay in 2021, where he coached through 2025 as wide receivers coach, then quarterbacks coach.Â
