Jesse Minter is the new head coach in Baltimore, clearing the way for key personnel to join John Harbaugh in New York with the Giants. Matt Zenitz of CBS Sports reports that the Giants are expected to hire Ravens assistant linebackers coach Matt Pees and three quality control coaches: running backs quality control coach Adam Schrack, defensive backs quality control coach Brendan Clark, and football analyst Noah Riley.

The moves come after the news broke that the Giants hired Chris Horton as assistant head coach/special teams coordinator.

Pees is the son of former NFL defensive coordinator and Ravens senior consultant Dean Pees. The younger Pees joined John Harbaugh’s staff in Baltimore last season after previous stints with the Bears, Falcons, and Titans.

Schrack just completed his fifth year with the Ravens and second as an offensive quality control coach, where he works most closely with the running backs. Schrack spent two years as Baltimore’s coaching research intern before being elevated to coaching analyst in 2023, supporting the team’s football research department in formulating weekly reports for opponent preparation and aiding self-scouting processes.

Clark just completed his fourth season with the Ravens and second as defensive quality control coach, where he works most closely with the defensive backs, after spending the 2022-23 campaigns as a coaching fellow on the team’s defensive staff.
