The Packers have a new a new defensive coordinator.ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Sunday the team is hiring former Arizona Cardinals head coach, Jonathan Gannon.The Cardinals fired Gannon earlier this month after a 37-20 season-ending loss to the Los Angeles Rams. Gannon leaves Arizona with a 15-36 record over three seasons.Prior to Arizona, Gannon worked as defensive coordinator for the Philadelphia Eagles for two seasons when the the Eagles fell to the Kansas City Chiefs, 38-35, in Super Bowl LVII.Gannon replaces Jeff Hafley, who was named head coach of the Miami Dolphins last week.The Packers also agreed to a new multiyear deal with head coach Matt Lafleur last Sunday.
