I mean, it was, once again, you never know where news is gonna come from this league.

We never know who’s talking to who, and it sometimes comes out of places like Jelly Roll’s account, and always I’m like, “Is this real?”

Like, is this real?

Yeah, like, where’s Fitz when you need him?

Is this a real account?

When, when you need us?

Yeah…

When you need me and Brad.

Yeah, right… To tell us.

Exactly…

Whether or not Jelly Roll has won a Grammy.

You keep talking, I’m looking it up.

Here we go.

Absolutely, need to dispatch Fitz.

I- look, I, we’ll see if it comes to fruition, obviously.

I mean, he’s still in the running for the Raiders job, and you know, that, to me, is clearly undecided at this stage.

And I- I look at this, I think it’s a positive for Cam Ward.

What’s really interesting, though, that I thought to myself, is: They hired, like, the New York contingent.

Like, the two guys that were just getting battered and beaten in the New York market when Robert Saleh was running the Jets and Brian Daboll was running the Giants, and now they go to the Tennessee Titans.

That’s a whole different gear.

You’re, you’re definitely leaning back a little more than you were in.

In New York.

It’s really interesting to put this tandem together, if this ultimately comes to fruition.

But I think it’s a positive for Cam Ward.

That’s the first thought that came to my mind beyond the New York connection between these two guys, and being able to take a beating by the press.

Is the fact that, look, it would be great for Ward.

You have someone who’s got a history of obviously developing Josh Allen.

I think, you know, look, it didn’t go the way that everyone thought it would.

In New York.

I, obviously, at times I thought offensively there was enough success this year for Brian Daboll to ultimately retain that job.

It didn’t end up happening, but I think they need some seasoned continuity at the coordinator position, and Brian Daboll would certainly supply that.

And by the way, he was also in demand.

There were a number of teams, I think, that would’ve rolled out their offensive coordinator position if ultimately he coaching cycle at some point.

So it’s, it’s, all of a sudden, you’re looking at the Titans, you’re saying, Look, there’s certainly some culture guys there.

I mean, Saleh, I think, is a culture guy, no matter what Woody Johnson will tell you with the Jets.

And, and he’s got a track record.

I think Daboll’s a culture guy, too, and he’s got a track record.

And they both have head coaching experience under an immense amount of fire.

I like that pairing, really.

For the Titans, if they can actually lock it down.
