The Philadelphia Eagles could end up having to undergo plenty of changes this NFL offseason. More than they may have expected. While the head coaching cycle is almost finished, they have red flags starting to pop up when it comes to Nick Sirianni as a head coach that could negatively impact their future.
*Prediction*
The Eagles have been searching for a new offensive coordinator for quite some time now. However, they have yet to be able to find a candidate who wants to take the job. This issue starts with the dysfunctional culture that has become a common theme under Nick Sirianni now in Philadelphia.
The Eagles have to look to move on, but for them to do so, they will need an ideal candidate already lined up to take his place. That is where Mike Tomlin comes into play.

Mike Tomlin Will Replace Nick Sirianni as Philadelphia Eagles Head Coach
The Pittsburgh Steelers lost to the Houston Texans in the NFL Playoffs. After this loss, they decided to let go of their long-time head coach, Mike Tomlin.
This move has its own underlying factors, as Tomlin is still under contract with Pittsburgh, so the only way for him to coach for another team would be through a trade.
When it comes to Mike Tomlin, he should find himself heavily sought after. He had 19 winning seasons with the Steelers during his time there. This led to him having a head coaching record of 193-114-2 with Pittsburgh.
Mike Tomlin provides stability as a head coach. His coaching style may not have helped the Steelers modernize with the NFL. However, he still achieved good results.
A lot of this also fell back on Pittsburgh’s ownership not surrounding him with the necessary talent on a yearly basis that he needed to further advance the team in the playoffs.
Still, Mike Tomlin is a consistent coach who knows how to build a culture, and that is exactly what the Eagles need at this point. Howie Roseman has shown he isn’t afraid to make blockbuster trades for players. Now, Roseman has the chance to make a league-altering head coaching change that would stabilize their culture, and get the most out of their talent by acquiring Mike Tomlin.
If the Eagles want to stop the dysfunction, they should hire Mike Tomlin as their next head coach. He would not tolerate any antics and would help get the team back on track.
