The NFL giants were looking to set up a spot in next month’s final against the Seattle Seahawks.

But they were upstaged at home by the New England Patriots in a shock AFC Championship Game defeat.
The Broncos looked to be undone when their game became a blizzard due to thick heavy snow.
Players on either side were barely able to see in front of themselves at Empower Field.
Yet it was the Patriots who walked away with victory to put themselves in February’s Super Bowl in Santa Clara.

Now, the Broncos are no longer taking any chances.
It has been revealed they are now going to build a brand new $2.4bn stadium completed with a retractable roof.
It’s reckoned it will be ready by 2031 in a major construction operation.
The addition could made a huge difference to their Super Bowl dream on Sunday.

Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California will be the venue for Super Bowl LX on Sunday 8 February.
The kings of the AFC will face the best team in the NFC at 6:30 pm ET, while Bad Bunny is lined up for the halftime show.

And owner Greg Penner reckons his side will never leave their ambitions to the fate of snow again.
He said: “We’re evaluating retractable roof options. In this case, you all saw the weather this year, it was fantastic until the last game.
“The NFL does have guidelines around the home teams selecting what they’re going to do with their roof, when they can open or close it, so we’d comply with that.
“In this case, we would’ve likely closed it ahead of time, given both the temperature and potential precipitation.
“That being said, who knows if that would have had any outcome on the game. Either way, this would have been more around what was going to be good for fans, because it was pretty rough.”
