The Cincinnati Bengals angered (or caused a tidal wave of indifference) with plenty of fans with the decision to run it back with Zac Taylor and Duke Tobin in 2026.
One of those fans was singer Nick Lachey, a Cincinnati native and former member of 98 Degrees.

Lachey decided to take it one step further than disgruntled fans on social media, though, by releasing a song called “Sell ‘Em Mike Brown.”
The song:

In the song, Lachey name-drops certain Bengals quarterbacks: “In the name of Joe Burrow, won’t you take your billions and go,” and “I’ve got Boomer on the phone, he wants you to leave Cincinnati alone.”
Lachey has used his platform for years to be outspoken about the Bengals. After the team announced the retention of Zac Taylor earlier this month, he wrote a big message on social media that included this: “This ownership doesn’t care. They don’t care about you, they don’t care about me, and they don’t care about the city of Cincinnati which we all love dearly.”
