The Buffalo Bills could use help at linebacker.

They might have the ideal two connections to add just what they need, through new defensive coordinator Jim Leonhard.

The list, shared by Bills beat reporter Ryan Talbot, shows that two of those guys will be free agents:

It wouldn’t be shocking to see the Bills go after one or both of them.

Chanel is a 25-year old who has won two Super Bowl rings with the Chiefs after being chosen in the 2022 third round.

He has started 44 of his 65 NFL games and has 218 career tackles, 7.0 career sacks, three forced fumbles and an interception.

Sanborn was undrafted before signing with the Chicago Bears and is also 25 years old.

He played three seasons with the Bears and this most recent campaign with the Dallas Cowboys.

Sanborn has 198 career tackles, 4.5 sacks and an interception.

Both Chanel and Sanborn could enjoy the chance to play for Leonhard again, so it might be something worth pursuing for Buffalo.
