ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Want to live across from the new Highmark Stadium? Now you have the chance!

News10NBC’s affiliate in Buffalo reports the “Bills Mafia House” on Fay Street in Orchard Park is now listed for sale for just under $700,000.

The two-bedroom home has been owned by Shane Prouty for 14 years, and has been known as a popular tailgate destination and short-term rental.

In a Facebook post, Prouty said it is time for the home to become something more and “live up to its true potential.” With that, he said it is tine to “transfer the torch off to someone else.”

“The potential this property has is beyond measure and I am forever grateful for the people that helped make this house what it is today,” Prouty said in the post.

On X, former Buffalo Bills Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick commented on the post, asking “how much?”

At a Bills game in September, News10NBC Sports Report Ian Mills spoke with Bill and Patti Larson. The couple lives right around the corner from Highmark, and host tailgates at their home.

The sale of the home comes at the Bills recently promoted offensive coordinator Joe Brady as their new head coach. Brady was promoted just a week after the firing of Sean McDermott.

Since then, Brady has added more people to his staff, including Pete Carmichael.
