One of the Indianapolis Colts’ assistants under Shane Steichen is reportedly heading to a new team in the AFC.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the ColtsCharlie Gelman is being hired as the Baltimore Ravens Game Manage Coordinator and defensive assistant.

Baltimore recently hired Jesse Minter to be the team’s next head coach, and he is currently building out the coaching staff around him.

With Indianapolis, Gelman held the title of Football Analyst and was in charge of Game Management. He had filled that role for three seasons, being brought on staff when Steichen was hired as the head coach.

Before that, Gelman was a part of the Ravens’ organization for several seasons, holding a variety of roles.
