Colts assistant Charlie Gelman is joining the Ravens
Gelman joined the Colts ahead of the 2023 season and spent the last three seasons with the team in a football analyst and game management role. This was his third job in the NFL, the two prior coming with the same team; he is leaving the Colts to join the Ravens.Â
He was a scouting analyics intern for Baltimore in 2019 and rejoined the team in 2021. He spent a year as a coach research intern and then landed his first full time job in the NFL as a football analyst in 2022.
He now returns to the Ravens and the Colts will have to decide if they want to fill Gelman’s role ahead of the 2026 season. It’ll be a big year for the team because even if they won’t officially say it theyvsr operating under a sypff or just mindset. Either they end their five year playoff drought or multiple people will be out of jobs.Â
